What's My Name

This week's theme is all about the first word your child can read...their name!  Also we start our letter of the week with a focus on the short A sound.  We are beginning our unit on shapes for math.  We will continue to work on counting in different languages as well.  Our sight words this week will include "a" and "am".  Please practice finding these words when you read aloud to them.  You should try to read to your child a minimum of 30 minutes each week.  Also, please check file folders.  There is homework this week due Friday.  Also a notice about Yoga/Dance went home and needs to be returned ASAP.
